Freelance Roman photographer and documentary maker, Paolo Amadei has been traveling around the world for years, making photographic reports.
He graduated from IED in new art technologies and video design. He soon began to travel from Italy to the other end of the planet: his work led him to Argentina, Chile, Haiti and Guatemala.
He contributing to the scenography department of Save The Children and to the production department of The Space Cinema.
He conducted a photographic reportage in Bosnia, concerning the situation of migrants on the border between Bosnia and Croatia.
He was a photographer on “Il Pendolo” movie set.
He directed one of the four episodes for the Red Bull web series, “Yoroy”.
His latest work is a photographic reportage about the humanitarian emergency on the island of Lesbos: the reportage was published on Al Jazeera.
