Koduri Srisaila Sri Rajamouli, born in Raichur on Oct. 10, 1973, is an acclaimed Indian film director and screenwriter, known for his epic, action and fantasy productions, primarily in Telugu cinema. His works, Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion – the latter winning the Saturn Award for Best International Film – are celebrated for their grandeur, stylized action sequences, and innovative use of CGI.
