Arnaud Louvet (Toulouse, 1971) is a well-known French screenwriter, director and film producer. He has
built a solid international career by actively collaborating in both France and Italy.
From 1998 to 2006 he worked as a program manager for the Fiction Unit of ARTE France. This is followed
by the production of over one hundred works, including the award-winning film Lady Chatterley.

He co-directed and co-wrote the film L’Ami, François d’Assise et ses frères in 2016. The film features great actors such as Elio Germano and Alba Rohrwacher. He also co-produces the famous Italian film Shun Li and the Poet (winner of the Lux Prize) and Bamako. In 2014, his series Virage Nord won the award for best series at the La Rochelle Film Festival. He is overseeing the development of a biopic dedicated to the legendary figure of the French mime Marcel Marceau.
