Dear members and associates,

you have already received the letter convening the Annual Meeting of our Association , with on the agenda the important tasks of proceeding with both the renewal of the social offices (Social Council, President and Treasurer) and the approval of the Budget:we hereby inform you of the decision to postpone to Saturday, February 22, the meeting originally scheduled for February 15.

Therefore, the meeting will be held by streaming, with the same agenda, on February 22 at 06.00 a.m. in first call and at 18.00 in second convocation.

The reason for the postponement is because it was only today that the ministry published 2024 rankings and contributions, which allows us to bring to the meeting the full final balance sheet on the financial health of the Association

As a reminder, any member can apply for election to be among the members of the Social Council, which is the management and executive body of the Association and consists of 3 to 7 members.

As reflected in Art. 22 of the Statute:

“Councilors actively work in the management of the Association and contribute to the implementation of the initiatives undertaken by the Association. Their work is completely free (…).” The Social Council has, among others, the task of ” elect from within its own ranks by an absolute majority of the members, the President, Vice President and Treasurer.”

The nomination must be submitted within a week of the convocation by accompanying it with a few lines explaining how and in the pursuit of what objectives one intends to commit oneself to the Association so that members can express their preference with more awareness.

I kindly ask you to confirm your attendance at the meeting or, in case you are unable to attend, to fill out the proxy voting form that is attached to this .

Attendees will be sent two days in advance the link to connect to in order to attend the meeting, the agenda with the budget to be approved, and how to vote.

you have already received the letter of convocation of the annual Shareholders’ Meeting of our Association, with on the agenda the important tasks of proceeding both with the renewal of the social offices (Social Council, President and Treasurer) and with the approval of the Budget: we hereby communicate the decision to postpone the assembly initially scheduled for February 15 to Saturday, February 22.

The assembly will therefore be held in streaming, with the same agenda, on February 22 at 06:00 in the first call and at 18:00 in the second call.
The reason for the postponement is because only today the ministry o f Culture has published the rankings and contributions for 2024, which allows us to bring the complete final budget on the financial health of the Association to the assembly.
It isAny member may submit their candidacy to be elected among the members of the Social Council, which serves ad the management and executive body of the Association and consists of 3 to 7 members.

As stated in Article 22 of the Statute:

“The council members actively contribute to the management of the Association and to the implementation of its initiatives. Their role is entirely voluntary(…).” The Social Council is also responsible “for electing, by absolute majority, the President, Vice President, and Treasurer from among its members.”

The candidacy must be submitted within one week from this notice, and should include a brief statement explaining how the candidate intends to contribute to the Association and pursue its objectives. This will allow members to express their preference with more awareness.

I kindly ask you to confirm your attendance at the meeting or, if you are unable to attend, to fill out the proxy voting form attached to this notice.All participants will receive, two days before the meeting, the link to join the Assembly, along with the agenda, the financial statement for approval, and details on the voting procedures.
